Available for sale is a $5 Bank of Canada Note Mismatched Serial and prefix Error graded PMG Gem UNC 67 EPQ. One of the digits is mismatched, one side of the serial number reads AOZ 1086137 while the other side PZ 0086137. Two of the letters of the prefix as well as the first digit are mismatch, pretty visible error, unsure how that one got past the printers!
