The serial on this watch begins with 3860xxx dating this watch to 1975. It comes with the original booklet along with the caseback sticker which is attached to the booklet

Bezel: 14K fluted gold bezel in the good overall condition showing signs of previous wear with no major distractions
Dial/Hands: Original silver dial in attractive condition. Hands are original Rolex though show light signs of aging as seen in the photos
Caseback: Nice original stainless case back.
