We have kept the watch unpolished keeping it as original as possible, it does show signs of honest previous wear. The serial number begins with 9128xx dating this watch to 1953, the caseback matches and is maked 'III.53' dating it to the third quarter of 1953.
THE DETAILS
Case: 36 mm stainless steel case which shows signs of heavy yet honest signs of previous wear.
Bezel: Original smooth stainless steel bezel showing signs of previous wear.
Dial/Hands: Original white dial which shows signs of aging including some marks on the dial and aging spots. Original hands in attractive condition.
Movement: Rolex automatic movement. It has been serviced at LA Watch Works and currently running a perfect 23 seconds per day.
Bracelet/Strap: High quality leather strap in brand new condition.
Crystal: Original plastic acrylic with one large scratch along with other smaller ones.
