THE DETAILS
Case: 34 mm stainless steel case which has been previously polished though still shows signs of previous honest wear
Bezel: Original Rolex smooth stainless steel which has been previously polished though still shows signs of previous honest wear
Dial/Hands: Original silver dial with which has aged to an attractive tropical sunburnt orange shade which is simply stunning in person. This is not your average dial, it is difficult to explain without being seen in person. Hands are as attractive and original.
Movement: Rolex 1570 automatic movement, serviced and currently running a perfect /- 0 seconds per day. Please have a look at the photos the movement is very clean
Caseback: Original Stainless steel caseback with correct III.66 marking dating the caseback to the third quarter of 1966.
Bracelet/Strap: Original Rolex 7205 Riveted stainless steel bracelet. Previously polished though showing signs of wear. The bracelet is shows signs of stretch as seen in the photos. Overall it is very nice given it is 55 years old. Bracelet is marked 1.68 dating the bracelet to 1968. We have included a photo with the maximum stretch. The bracelet will fit an 8 inch wrist.
Crystal: Original plastic crystal free from any major marks or scuffs
Accessories: This watch comes watch only, it does not include box or papers.
