This vintage Omega Seamaster, reference 166.003, crafted in solid 9k gold, is a beautifully preserved example of Omega’s timeless mid-century design. The Details:
Case: 34.5mm solid 9 karat solid yellow gold case which remains unpolished and in sharp condition, a true survivor.
Dial/Hands: Original Omega factory dial in stunning condition, the dial is strong and vibrant dial with a lot of life in hand - far nicer than the photos! It remains completely original and untouched. Please compare this example to others in the market, they are often faded with spotting whereas this one is truly exceptional. Hands are original Omega and in attractive condition
Caseback: Nice original 9 karat yellow gold with a captivating engraving. The watch was presented as a gift in 1971 and has been cherished ever since
Movement: Omega calibre 565 automatic movement which is running well and remains unserviced. Serviced recommend for any vintage timepiece to keep perfect time.
Bracelet/Strap: Solid 9k gold band with no kinks or damage. The bracelet will fit a 6.9 inch wrist, please measure wrist prior to purchase.
Crystal: Acrylic in attractive condition
Accessories: This watch comes with original box and papers dating to 1971. A true collector's set, very few of these survive with all of the papers. A truly exceptional example.
