This bar is sealed and in stunning condition, we have seen a handful of these in the past though this is the first fully sealed one we have seen. This bar was commission by New Britannia Mint from Johnson Matthey for 3 year anniversary of no accidents at the mine between November 1995 - November 1998. The assumption is that these would have been given out to employees to motivate them to continue a safe work environment.
