Available for sale is a vintage Johnson Matthey 20 gram bar. This bar is marked .9999 fine gold though contains no gold. It is a scarce and perhaps unique salesman sample. The bar is marked 20 grams though weighs 9.32 grams. The bar is gold plated and both appears gold / tests as gold on an XRF machine. The bar is marked 'DUMMY' on the reverse of the bar to ensure no one would purchase / trade it as fine gold. Very neat chance to acquire a salesman / production sample.The bar in the photos is the exact bar you are receiving. It shows some signs of handling as seen in the photos. The bar weighs 9.32 grams and contains no gold regardless of the markings.
