Available for sale is a Vintage Rolex Submariner tropical dial for a 16808. The dial is original blue though has faded a deep and even gold colour as seen in the photos. Many of these tropical blue dials fade to uneven gold shades or turn spotty though this one turned it a very even and eye appealing full gold shade. This is the best way of making a full gold submariner all gold as they never made a 16808 with a gold dial! This dial is challenging to photograph, it looks far nicer in person and bounces off the sunlight just perfectly, it would be a treat to have this in a watch on the wrist.
